Refund Policy
We want Universal Video Resume Pro purchases to be clear and fair.
Requesting a refund
Contact raydong1009@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with the purchase email and Paddle transaction details. We review requests individually when the product does not work as described or a duplicate purchase was made.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. We cannot refund transactions that were not made through our checkout.
Access after refund
When a refund is completed, Pro access may be removed from the associated account. Community features remain available.
