Refund Policy
We want Universal Video Resume Pro purchases to be clear and fair.
Requesting a refund
Contact raydong1009@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with the purchase email and Paddle transaction details. We review requests when the product does not work as described or a duplicate purchase was made.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Access after refund
When a refund is completed, Pro access may be removed from the associated account. Community features remain available.
